This is the perfect travel hoodie! The material is so soft and snuggly. The fit is fantastic. I’m short (5’3”) and the length is just right, it hits at mid hip. Even the arm length is perfect which is usually hard for me. Long enough for most people without being too long for shorter arms. The thumb holes are in a great place so there isn’t pressure or stretching as I move my hands. These are very well made too. The stitching is perfect. Interior fabric is soft but not bulky. My first trip was at the Oregon coast in May, very windy with temps in the 50’s. Perfect weight, kept me warm and comfortable.

I bought the burgundy Curso for a deep-sea science research expedition to the Arctic, between Svalbard and Greenland, on the German Research Vessel Polarstern. This sweater has been amazing! It is beautiful, warm, durable, and fashionable as I work on the deck to sample and then search for Arctic invertebrate larvae under the microscope. The llamas on the side are a mood uplifter! Bonus: this sweater is so soft I can wear it with the Alpaca Bralette underneath.

I went on a 2 1/2 week trip and packed everything in my carry-on backpack. Included from Paka were 2 v-neck Ts and a long-sleeve base layer and 3 pairs of socks. The sizing was true to size (ordered my normal size). The T was perfect on it's own and also layered nicely under a linen shirt when it was a little cooler. Ditto on the long sleeve layer (except I layered it under a quarter zip). They kept me the perfect temperature and I wore each of them for several days on excursions -- and they continued to smell fresh and feel great throughout the entire trip! I would recommend these to anyone trying to pack light and/or simplify your wardrobe and do less laundry.

I had my eye on this hoodie for a long time, but the $139 price tag kept me away. I decided to splurge on myself for my birthday and am I glad I did!
