This hoodie has been on my radar for a long time but it was worth the wait. I have been reaching for it more than I ever expected, from going for an early morning hike, to using it in the office. What is especially notable too is the fact that it does not hold onto odors, even despite occasionally sweating and working up body heat. Lastly, the color is perfection; a beautiful neutral that compliments anything you pair it with.

It is lightweight, as advertised, and acts as a great windbreak/warmth layer when the sea breeze kicks in here on the coast of Maine. I just purchased the Vida recently. So far, so good! I tried Paka's original hoodie but found the hood not large enough for my head, possibly due to the nylon. As I walked the hood would recess backwards. The Vida's hood is more generous or simply the fabric is more stretchy. I like a hood that goes down the forehead and is capable of shedding some light rain away from my eyes/glasses. I like the Vida's colors with the blended fabric; it is also one of the softest garments I've owned. Paka seems like a great company from an ethics standpoint. The only thing about this hoodie is that it does "shed" a bit; however most wool products do that. Overall, I think this is pretty good product and hope it serves me for years to come.

The sweater is comfortable but good luck finding the correct size. My wife bought me an XXL based on company sizing chart which was to big….I ordered an XL but held onto the XXL to compare….the XL was LARGER than the XXL! I kept the original rather than try again with the regular L. Not a five star if sizing is so far off!

Wow this hoodie is amazing! Very well made it’s beautiful and the softest I’ve ever felt. The tribe emblem and handmade tag are a beautiful touch, I love it. We do a lot of outdoor activities and adventures so we always wear natural fibers. This is great piece for that. The size was perfect I got a S and I’m 5’ 4” , 116 lbs.
