I typically wear a 10 in women's, and sometimes a large, however usually a medium in clothing. I also wear a 34 C. I purchased a large. The fit and comfort are very nice. The material is comfortable and light weight. There are no modesty pads for nipples-so that is important to know. It does have 2 layers of fabric which helps. The straps are also wide, which is good. I have tried many wool type bras and this one is pretty good. Still not something I would wear under a single layer, as it gives a uniboob appearance. I would love to find a wool bra for larger chested people.
