I normally wear a small in a shirt this style. The Paka size guide indicated small would be appropriate for me. However the T-shirt was too small in the shoulders and under my arms. Paka made the exchange for the next size up easy. I received a prepaid label to return the small and they sent me the medium quite quickly. The medium fits very well and is super comfortable. I would order again.
