I've completely replaced my socks with all alpaca socks - both office wear and weekend work wear. They're so soft on the skin and breathable, while the thermal regulation is amazing: my feet are never hot or cold - they work in any weather!
For travel, Paka can't be beat: it's very light and packable and so versatile! For winter travel I've got thermal underwear, base layer t-shirts, sweaters, a lightweight parka and a knit hat - all alpaca and all from Paka Apparel. I'm headed to the Arctic this summer and have no worries about keeping warm (or dry).

Essential No Show Socks (3-Pack)
Two notes: these are not no-show socks but very, very low socks. At least with the shoes I wear them with most of the time (Adidas Sam Smiths and Caruma low tops) they do peek out the top a bit. Second, the white is more like an off- white/cream. It is not a bright white. If those things matter to you, then these aren’t the socks for you. I personally really like them because they fit like a glove, never slide off of my heel (even after walking miles in them), super soft, cover up potential blister spots perfectly, and they dry fast. I always air dry them after washing. I did have one sock get a hole in it for no apparent reason, but all the others have held up very well. I am a women’s shoe size 6 most of the time, and wear a size small in these socks. The socks fit tightly on me. I have other Paka socks - love them all - but I wear these and the ankle socks the most.

This is my second Essential Tank from Paka. I liked the first one so much. The feel of the fabric is wonderful. Best fabric ever. I like the built in liner at the chest area. It's not bulky, I don't see the banding, and it's comfortable. I truly don't need a bra with this top. I'm a L to XL and ordered the XL. It's a snug fit, but not tight, and the correct size for me. I'm 5'9" w/ a long torso and it's a little on the short side. I would have liked another inch or two length-wise. That said, my 6' 27year-old daughter also requested one for her birthday. I figure it'll leave her with an inch of stomach showing, but she will be fine with that. She is a L and I ordered her a L. It's the correct size. You can wear it on its own, as a layer underneath, or as a PJ top.

I waited for this guy and was super excited! I was advised to go XXL in a unisex.
So first let me say the quality is amazing. I love the color! I absolutely love the feel of the fabric. I mean it is just heavenly!!
Downside? I feel like I was mislead on the choice for sizing. I could probly wear an XL better if I stayed in unisex. I have to roll the cuffs up about 3”, the armpits are saggy, and the hem hits below my hips. My son could definitely wear this, he is a XL with a longer torso.
But on me- for what it cost? It just feels soupy.
And maybe I should have stayed in the women’s sizing.
