I followed the directions for my specific size which turned out to be a M.
It was too long in sleeve length, torso and overall was loose on me.
I returned it for a S which came to me in slightly over 2 wks.
That also was too big.I had no immediate plan to wear it so I just returned the S. Overall experience was good but my problem was the size.
I still haven't r/o the possibility of an XS.
I gave it a 4star only because I had so much trouble back/forth with size and still did not end up buying it.

I recently purchased this in a size large, the medium was a little snug on my senior body and I wanted to have the option for a layer underneath. I absolutely love it!, used it daily for a recent birding trip. Weather was warm and sunny 2 days, cloudy, drizzling and cool the other days. It provided the sun protection for the warmer days and a layer of warmth for the yucky days. Wore it comfortably yesterday for a hike that started at 50 degrees and ended at 75. No odor after being soaked through with sweat.

Been looking for this specifically. Definitely worth it, its super comfortable and feels supportive at the same time. I got a large and it fits perfectly im 5'4" and weigh 165 and im kinda a pear shape a bit. Lol I hate traditional bras. Im a sports bra or bralette only person and hate the pad inserts.
