PUREWAVE PADO Massager Repair Service
My Purewave is several years old and had stopped holding a charge. I sent it in expecting to get the battery replaced—which they did. Additionally, it appears that they went through the machine and replaced worn parts…it’s like new, now. Very happy with the service. I will do it again when this battery dies. The only drawback is that shipping cost are very high.

PUREWAVE® CM7+ 2-IN-1 PERCUSSION & VIBRATION MASSAGER
Love my Pure Wave percussion vibration massager and couldn't be without it. I have back issues and use it nearly every day to relieve the tension and pain I experience in back and legs. This is my second purchase, the first one in 2019. I encountered what seemed to be battery issues, shutting down when using the high power. The 2-yr warranty had expired. It was either do a battery replacement or purchase a new one with a discount offered by the company. They were very good about communicating by email to answer my questions and concerns. I am well pleased with their service and the quality of the product.

PUREWAVE® GEN II Advanced Percussion and Vibration Massager
I didn't know if Pure Wave was actually going to be what I thought I needed. Then, I tried it!!
Wow! A weather induced m8graine came about. After 10 minutes of Pure Wave on my head, neck, and down in between my shoulder blades.
WOW! Ten minutes with Pure Wave or 1 hour waiting for OTC to work? I'll pick drug free remedies, every. Single. Time!
Thank you Pure wave!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Air Cushion Tip
I have been battling fibromyalgia for many years and before the Pure Wave massager I could not reach some areas of my back with other massagers. The Air Cushion tip gives me pain relief in many areas of my body without making the pain worse if it is too harsh a massage.

PUREWAVE® GEN II Advanced Percussion and Vibration Massager
This very well-designed product, not only its form-factor that makes it easy to reach hard to reach areas of your back, but also the wide range/strength of vibrations, PureWave is nothing other than your personal home-Chiropractor. It’s a must-have device for every home.

I can not live without my purewave. This was the best purchase I've ever made. Customer service is incredible, so friendly and helpful. I originally purchased it for my planters fasciitis, and it helped relieve my foot pain! So I highly recommend this product.
