I LOVE my Pure Wave massager! One of the best investments I've ever made. I use it nightly before I go to bed on my neck and shoulders and it makes a big difference.
One of the head stems broke and they were able to replace it. (The replacement was quite pricey IMO but oh well; everything is pricey!)

I think it’s great but the lights are a bit blinding especially at night when charging and when using. I charge it at night and it lights up my whole room The beeping noise is a bit too loud for me as well.i don’t see a need for these things

I was on the fence about purchasing another massage device even after my chiro endorsed this one. I’m sorry I waited! The Pure Wave is lighter, quieter, easier to use and so much more versatile than my old massage gun. Ordering was easy and shipping was prompt. The owner’s manual was clear and easy to follow—thanks for including an “old school” printed one! I haven’t explored all the features yet but I’m excited about trying them. This is the second Purewave percussion massager which I have purchased and I have found it a valuable aid in loosing lung secretions. I have a chronic lung condition which causes mucous to build up in my lungs, but the vibration of this device on my chest wall will help me loosen the mucous and cough it up. It is a necessary part of my treatment plan and I have had such good success with it! Highly recommend this product.

I wish there was a way to replace the battery only in the other models. It seems such a waste of plastic & the different heads.
I now have 2 to 3 sets of heads.
Please make the next model, so the battery can be replaced.
