I was very please with the service I received from Pado Inc. I needed to order a charger cord for my Pure Wave massager, and could not find where I needed to be on the website. I called and had to leave a message, thinking I would not get a call back. A rep. contacted me back and walked me to where I needed to be. She was very curteous and patient and did not get off the phone until she new I was where I needed to be to order the cord. Thank you so very much.
