I was having a problem with my 2 yr. old massager holding its charge. I emailed Pado asking if I could buy a new battery. Instead, Pado offered to replace my massager immediately. I was pleasantly surprised. Their customer service has always been prompt and exceeds my expectations. Great product, great service.

I had problems with the last 2 Pado's. First one the handle was slipping around and you couldn't hold it steady, You replaced it, without any issues. The one you sent to replace it lasted 7 to 8 months and would not charge, You replaced it, without any issues. Love that!!
I literally take it everywhere.. to work, in the car... everywhere. Because of that I must have gotten at least 6 people to buy this Pado. Including my Chiropractor, my Cupping treatment professional, also their physical therapy Dept.
This is the best product for me and my lower back / spine injury. Along with my herniated disc T2-T4. Using it among the muscles on each side of my spine.
So yes I could do a commercial for you about this pain saving Pado friend of mine.

I purchased a Pado massager 2 years ago and have loved it for the actual massage quality. However, the battery life definitely went downhill fast after the fist 6 months of use. After about 1 year I could only use it for about 1-2 minutes before the massager turned off due to a dead battery even when it was fully charged. We are needing it again badly for myself and my son, so i contacted the customer service for PADO and they sent me a replacement massager and paid return shipping on my current unit! I have nothing but positive things to say about their customer service! I definitely feel like they value their clients and work hard to make sure people have a positive experience!
