I called customer service and told them I had my pure wave massager for 5 years and used it 5 times..I asked if it was the charger I needed to replace and they said we are going to send you a new massager at no charge and all I had to do was send back my old massager. I received it last week and I can’t tell you how much I love it!, Thank you Pado for really taking care of me..

I originally purchased the Prado Wave in 2018. I used it sparingly but as time worn on, so did the battery and although it hadn’t seen much use, it did not take a charge. I complained on social media, not to get a response, but just to let others know that the battery doesn’t last long. I was contacted by Pado and they said they would send me a replacement.
