Customer service exceeded my expectations in every way. I will be a little slow getting the old unit back to you because of border and Corona Virus issues. ( I currently reside in Mexico) but will get it to you As soon as possible.
Thank You

My machine stopped holding its charge. I contacted customer service and immediately a replacement was sent out. Live the machine. The company responded quickly and I am pleased.

This company is so well managed. They function as seamlessly and effectively as Purewave itself. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

I love the PADO Pure Wave massager. It is a wonderful massager and one of the best I’ve come across, although I’ve had some issues with the lifetime of this massager. No worries, the conscientious customer service is excellant, and has easily taken care of any problems I’ve had promptly!
