The pure wave is an amazing massage tool, powerful, well made and dependable. Quality! It has a two year warranty and after the tip broke (my fault wife fault?) Pado sent a replacement, free of charge. No hassle. Amazing customer service. They had all information in system and the turn around was a few days. I recommend them to everyone!

I received one of these massagers for Christmas. Since that time, I've purchased 3 others as gifts. My mother turned 90 in March and has used her birthday massager every day since! Initially, one massager didn't work but Pado sent another right out, not even waiting for the return. Now, that's customer service!

Impressed with the customer service. I ordered an item on Amazon that was sold through them. That item stopped working, but was no longer available on Amazon. Amazon gave me Pado's phone number. I called them, gave them my Amazon order number, the item was within the warranty period, they shipped out a new one and sent a FedEx label to ship the broken one back. All was completed within 3 days!
