I called with a problem, the female agent was very polite and helpful in resolving the matter. We have received the new one, and we will send the unservicable item back to you in a timely manner. Due to the COVAD -19, we have stay home order from govt., officials, so we can not go to FED EX to drop off the package. We will send it back in a timely manner as the restrictions are lifted upon us.

Called to ask about materials and haven't heard back. Started receiving emails about an order that wasn't mine - was for "Christita". Called to ask that it be corrected. Was told that it would be but it appears not to have been. Emailed to make sure my email was taken off her account and not just the order. No response. Received email indicating that 'my' account had been updated to correct the email address. Sent an email asking when I will hear about the materials question. Have heard nothing from anyone since you took your phone number off the contact us page. Now I get this survey - again addressing me as Christita. Returning my product unless I hear by the end of the week.

I am on my third massager from your company I love how it works! But the reason I’m on my third one is because just before the year up it stops holding a charge! All did the same thing! The company has replaced it at no charge. But I’m concerned that this one will also die and not sure you would replace it again!

My experience could not have been better. I needed to return a massager that was not working. It had been two years almost to the day. I had no paperwork at all. The people at this company found my order number and sent me a brand new one. Inside was a return label to just return the one that didn’t work. I couldn’t be happier!!

I am a Vietnam disable Vet with all types of pain who has desperately searched for relief other than drug. About 9 months ago I found the Pado and gave it a try. It was the best purchase that I ever made! I am able to travel because when the pain starts I can use the device with full confidence that I wont need to go home for help.
Unfortunately, the battery started to act up and I called them to see if it could be repaired and they worked it out so I got a new unit and it was effortless. They have great customer service and the most important think is that they really believe in there product.
If you have pain problems try it out what have you got to lose byt the pain!
