product works well, but customer service lacks. Sent an email to customer service and didn't hear back for 1 week. Sent messages back and forth and it took close to a month to resolve my issue, as it took 7 days or so to hear back from them. But once they were convinced it was under warrantee, they did the right thing and sent me a new one in exchange.

Great customer service! I was using my CM7 that I bought back in December, 2018 off & on. I’m a runner, and would definitely help with tight & sore muscles. Recently it started losing the charge, and would only last between 8 - 10 minutes. Not good when my muscles were screaming for a massage. When customer service contacted me. They found my purchase order, and sent out a new one the same day. My wife, and I love this unit!
