I sent an e mail in last Monday and I still have not heard back from you. It would be nice to talk to a person when I am a business calling and I have sold a number of your units. I need to know what to do about a return (when the patient brought the unit back I checked it and the reason it did not charge was because she used the wrong plug in. I checked it with the correct plugin and now it charges. I need to pay for the one she ended up keeping) I also need to talk to someone about the one I have to send back because it does not hold a charge (charge only last 30 minutes or less with a full charge so I don't even have time to work on an area)

I got a CM-07 massager for Christmas 2019 that started not holding a charge in March 2020. I called the customer support number and spoke to a very nice lady that said she would send out a return label. I never got the label. In May I emailed customer support since no one was answering phones (thanks Covid). I got an automated message saying it would take a couple days for a response. I never got a response. I emailed a second time and the person told me they had to escalate my problem to another department. After expressing concern that I would never get a replacement massager considering how hard it was to get a return label, I finally got a replacement massager sent with a return label included. This one better last longer because don't want to have to go through that again.

When I received my Pado massager originally the 2nd motor in the handle didn't work. But after processing my email request, a replacement was sent with a return label for the defective one. The customer service was responsive and as efficient as possible under the covid circumstances. We really like the product. It works well for getting the blood flowing and softening knots in the muscles. It is a vibrating style massage, so people with sensitive skin might not enjoy it as much. It's a really decent product for a reasonable price.
