I have had my massager for awhile but lost my charger. I got in contact with the company since it was within the year warranty. All I needed was another charger but they sent me a whole new massager...very impressed.

My Purewave is the best product I have ever bought for myself or my health! Its powerful and attractive. it has a long handle so I can reach my whole back and anywhere else. I have horrible sciatica and honestly the Purewave C-07 has helped me dramatically. I found some yoga stretches on YouTube from an instructor who uses the Purewave so I am feeling more like myself again. Best massager ever!!!! And I'm a thick woman it works!!!

This company products and their customer services are outstanding. They also are an amazing company that truly listens to the needs of their customers. I received a replacement product so quickly that I am forever grateful for their quick attentiveness to their customers. I highly recommend this company. PADO for me stands for Pretty Amazing Delivery OMG (PADO).

This company rocks! First, we love the CM7 massager. It is high quality, plenty powerful for us, nicely balanced for handheld use, and the different tips give various levels of massage (we particularly like the air cushion tip).
Second their customer service is pretty amazing. I contacted them about a problem I was having recently with our unit shutting down after a short time of use. They responded the next day, and a week later a brand new unit arrived at our house...no arguments. They stand behind their product! So, they've got our loyalty!
