Bought the massager, broke after some good usage. Put in for replacement and said it would take 3-7 days. No response 3 weeks later no response or new product. Had to reincquire about dude ice and had a new one in possession 4 days later

Excellent customer service! Original percussion motor stopped working, and was provided with diagnostic instruction. When issue was not resolved, Pado resolution team shipped replacement unit with RMA shipping info for old unit return.

Very difficult to get direct communication with anybody at PADO these days. Was simply trying to place an order and it took multiple weeks to get confirmation or even a note back. I understand with covid we are doing things differently and maybe less people are doing more but several weeks to get a response is frustrating, especially when people want to buy your product but we are out of stock.

The process went quickly once I finally got in touch with a representative after 3 emails and numerous attempts to live chat. I was sent a replacement massager that is not working already. It doesn’t hold a charge and lasts only about 5 minutes before stopping. I’m surprised because the first one I had worked without a problem until the head broke off when I was using it. It’s not the product I was expecting for the price. I am quite disappointed with the replacement. I assume it’s a refurbished item and not new so the battery is not working properly. I would like to give you better or more positive feedback but it is what it is.

I ordered the Purewave CM-7 on the advice of my trainer. She uses it on clients to help relieve sore muscles. The massager works great! When my unit wouldn’t hold a charge after only one month I emailed and received a reply in less than one day. A replacement was sent to me. Several family members are now ordering a Purewave CM-7 after trying mine. Definitely recommend!
