Great customer service with timely fashion

Absolutely loved the massager and after a piece snapped off I contacted Pado and I am incredibly happy with the customer service to get me back up and running.

Excellent customer service. We had a charging issue with our PureWave and they shipped a new one within a few days & provided the return label for our old one.

My device had stopped working and to my surprise Pado actually replaced it! I'm very impressed. Thank you!

I have bought several of the PureWave massagers and one had a battery that was getting a bit weak. I asked about a replacement battery and was informed that they did not sell replacement parts but that they would just replace the unit that was out of warranty. Execllent over the top service!!!

I first purchased my Pure Wave by Pado about 3 years ago. I have purchased several more for family members. We all love it!!I I use my Pado massager on my sciatica nerve I use this machine throughout the day but mostly a night. I recently had shoulder arthroscopic surgery for a massive rotator cuff tear and I use this as part of my physical therapy. I originally purchased this machine for a new diagnosis called text neck or tablet neck, which I had gone to a chiropractor for several times and they just couldn’t provide me with relief. Once I started using the Pure Wave Pado, i immediately felt the deep tissue massage breaking up the knot inside of the back of my neck and shoulder!! Within a few uses my tension was relieved and I could move my neck side to side again without pain. My mother has RLS and leg cramps, I bought her one and she loves her machine. I kid you not, this machine lays right next to me in my bed and I will get up several times during the night to massage my pains away!! I took a chance at buying this machine and I am so happy that it delivered more than my expectations. Great price point and world class customer service whenever I have had a problem!!! Received my Pado yesterday! It is amazing,,my previous massager was evidently not working properly!!! I would recommend this massager to anyone who has issues with muscular tightening or piriformis problems!!! I am totally amazed!!! Thank you!

The warranty process was very easy and the customer service was a great help. The only complaint and why I didn’t give a 5 star was because of the response time to all my emails.

My Pado unit went out after using it 4-5 times. I reached out and they replaced it for NO Charge! I was amazed at the ease of this transaction, and would recommend this product!
