We loved our CM-07 massager and used it a lot. It was about three weeks out of warranty and stopped working. I called to see if they could help and without any hesitation arranged to send me a replacement along with a postage paid sticker to send back ours. It was literally here in like three days! Really great service and product.

First of all, I love this device. It flat works! The small motor stopped functioning and I put in for my warranty replacement. I filled out the form at 9:00 pm, and by the NEXT MORNING it had shipped! I’ve never seen turn around like that, so way to go! Immediate feeling of joy.

I love my purewave, Pado INC customer service are way above other companies. I had my purewave for a little less than two years and the face massage end broke. I purchased a PureWave massager in November of 2018. Pado saw a negative but honest comment I made about their product on YouTube. They reached out to me by email and asked me to provide them my order number. Once they verified my order, Pado initiated a hassle-free warranty claim to replace my nearly 2 year old massager. I was shocked but very much pleased how they stood by their product. In about 2 weeks I had new replacement with paid returned shipping on the old one. This level of customer service is almost un-heard of today. Great job and thank you Pado. Your company and product are a step above the rest.
