We had a purewave cme 7 for several years that would no longer hold a charge. We use this frequently for back and muscle pain and I was trying to get replacement batteries for the unit. Customer service sent several e-mails wanting the purchase number for the item. I had no idea the CME7 was still under warranty. As soon as I provided the information on original purchase a new CME 7 was shipped FED-EX right away. Great customer service and quick response once I provided necessary information.

Love the product. But it has broken the same way 3 times. Luckily Pado replaces item for up to 2 years so its the warranty and customer service that I recommend. Other massagers with this force and effectiveness are the gun style which requires another person to massage your back. This can be done on self which is why I still rate it highly
