I am giving a 4 star rating because I think it should not have broken as soon as it did. That issue is probably due to plastic parts, the downfall of all good products. It works well and with all of the different attachments does a good job.

Quick turn around time, and a very reasonable repair charge. I could not be happier!

My husband loves it. I bought him one for Christmas about 6-7 years ago and the battery wouldn't charge enough anymore and it finally died. Bought another one for Valentine's day and he loves it.

Very easy to work with. I would've liked them to cover the cost of shipping my device to them since I already had to pay for a new battery that they don't let the client install themselves.

Had the part I needed for a replacement and very fast shipping. Thank you

The best massager I have ever used. There is not a massager on the market that has 3800 RPM, only PURE WAVE. It penetrates deep into the muscle tissue and breaks up fascia.

I order Rd d an additional rounded beveled head after I purc6my second gun but as. I use it it constantly comes off the base head making treatment impossible and ineffective. I believe I paid at $50 for it was not included in the purchase of gun. I am not sure at this point if I will still recommend to my clients
