I sent my massager back to have the battery replaced. It went good and I have my massager back for another five or so years. The only thing better would be if Pado sent you a prepaid shipping box since its hard to find (or make) a box for shipping the massager back. This would also take advantage of Prado's shipping rate rather than the normal USPS rate.

Was disappointed that we had to call, report that our returned PADO had arrived by our receipt and yet no one knew. Received no report for weeks Then I had to send , receipt of mailing. Very suspicious! I felt like trying to rip us off. Finally got pur Pado and pleased with operation.
