I love my new Pado massager. I upgraded to the new version after using the older version for many years. Both of them are great.

Great customer service! I emailed them regarding my order. I asked if they could possibly ship my items at a certain day, and Tesa responded to my email that same day (a couple of hours really). She was able to accommodate my request. I appreciate that so much. As for the product itself, it’s for my Dad. He loves the GEN II massager so much, he wanted two of them. Thank you for such awesome customer service, and making a great product.

Gave this as a gift for C-mas. I’ve had one for many years and after my daughter’s car accident she was using mine during a visit and really liked the treatment and long handle for reaching her lower back. Great product.

I replaced the original battery and my Pado is still going. Wonderful product glad I purchased it 5 years ago!

This is my second PureWave and appreciate the feeling it gave me for my legs and back. Easier and quicker to buy new than trying to send in for a new battery.
Still thinking of trying to get the old one fixed to have a spare.

After 2 emails I got a good answer from your tech support. I purchased 2 air cushion heads for my massager. They seem to work quite well! Thanks!

We sent in our Purewave to be worked on as the battery was struggling to hold a charge. We have had it for 4 years and use it almost every day. Repairs were done quickly and it works great.

Incredible massager! Always cures my stiff neck within a day or two, when it used to take up to 4 or 5 days to mend by itself. Highly recommended!
