I haven't had it long enough to give a full true response. But I do know I was very unhappy to realize that's an extra parts that I ordered to use with this product did not fit as they were too small of fittings. But was under the impression that they would because they were listed with them as compatible. I wish the situation could be corrected but sending them back is not really an option as I don't have that kind of time nor money to return. But would love to know what is compatible with them as it doesn't come with the massaging heads I would love to have had.

3D Pivot attachement broke twice. This is the third one we are buying. Looks like there is quality issue with the product.

We love our new purewave massager! We had a purewave massager for five years before it just stopped working one day and recently purchased the new purewave massager. It is a wonderful massager that is gentle enough for someone who suffers with chronic pain. People don’t realize that even an electronic massager can hurt when you live with massive amounts of pain. The other massagers out there are just too rough and this massager has levels that work with my body, depending on my pain . I highly recommend this massager for anyone who struggles or suffers with chronic pain as you can customize the level of massage from very very light two more deep massage if needed. Well worth the money I would buy it again and recommend it to all of my friends and family. If I was able to, I would buy each one of my family members a purewave massager because I believe they’re that important to have on hand.

They sent a used purewave that is not holding a
Charge like the one o sent back.

I had a great Pado massager for ten years and it finally died. I then purchased the Pure Wave Gen II earlier this year. It worked well for about six months. The seal came loose around the area where the attachments go. It still works but it’s so unbearably loud. When I looked up my account, the only purchase that came up was from ten years ago. I called customer support during the hours listed and got their voicemail. Left a message and received an email the next day asking me which item is broken. Apparently I have logged in with two different email addresses. Although I can’t log with the alternative email. I never receive the password reset link. I’m leaving for a five week trip and didn’t have enough time for them to send me a replacement so I purchased a cheaper one on sale. Well you get what you pay for. The attachments are cheap plastic not silicone and hurt when it goes over bone. So basically they have my ten year old purchase and the on sale purchase but not the Pure Wave Gen II purchase, so I can’t get a new one under warranty after all. And to be honest, I feel like a new one would have the same seal issue. So I’ll be taking the cheap one with me on my trip and buying a new one from a different company when I return. It was a great product and now I don’t recommend them at all.
