This is the second Pure Wave massager we have bought. The first one is worn out. It lasted years and years and helped us so much. It really helps cramping leg calves and shoulder pain in our family. We look forward to trying the new migraine attachment now. Great purchase!

Weâve been using their massagers for over a decade now. I guess on the downside weâve needed to purchase quite a few. But on the positive side, I just realized that if theyâre still under warranty, I could return them and they send me replacements. I donât know if they are refurbished or brand new; but so far weâve had no problems with them.
They have a good motor so you get a lot of strong resistance for your body when you use this. I also like the option to vibrate for those areas of injury or extreme sensitivity. Thother really good quality of this massager is the length of the handle really allows access to lots of places in my body.

I ordered this as I had purchased a Gen2 in 11/24 that stopped working and I sent it back with a return label you provided and it seems UPS has lost it and not taking responsibility for it. The current order is the fourth massager Iâve ordered and in my current condition I simply cannot get around and itâs been two months since I started the process of getting it replaced. Itâs a shame that our delivery service will not own up to their mistake. I live strictly on Social Security and canât really afford another but⊠Ron Sanchez 505-315-1859
