I purchased my PureWave more than 7 years ago. The adapter shorted out, and I thought the whole unit was dead. Took a chance, ordered a new adapter and it charged no problem. Now I can hammer the knots out of my shoulders and legs again. SO grateful for this. I bought it after having a massage therapist use it on me. I thought, “why pay $$$ for a massage when I can get the knots out at home?” Great investment.

My husband's OT used her Pure Wave on the knots in his thigh muscles and he was so amazed at how this product made his legs feel that he asked me to order one. First of all, the presentation, the case the Pure Wave is in, the black envelope with the information booklets...all pure class!! As it happened, the OT came for a home visit just minutes after the delivery of our Pure Wave. Hers apparently is a little older model and she was so envious of ours that she said she was going to order one just like it! My husband is greatly impressed with the Pure Wave and we can't say enough good about it! Just unpacking it made us think that what was inside was going to be good!! Kudos, Pado Inc!!!

The first one I ordered did not have the attachments I needed. I don’t remember seeing the chart I was able to see this week. Two of the others I wanted to order were all out of stock, so I had to order the most expensive one. I hope it will be worth it.

It still does not work. It holds a charge, as it did prior to sending to you, but it will not turn on. Did you not test it prior to return in to me?
