We preordered the newest Pure Wave massager. We’ve had the older model for 5 years and loved it. We’ve love the newer model and it is so quiet! We’ve recommended it to several people.

I like this unit. Anything you can do to make it quieter and smoother would be appreciated.

All of their massager models use the same charger, regardless of age. Which they sell online along with replaceable batteries. these days most companies change critical accessories to make you buy their new models. not Purewave, they're honest. And they make a great massager!

I receive the product on time however I do not understand the bottom function of the handheld tool and find that there’s not much vibration sensation when applied to my body

The return was a horrible experience. I had to send at least 4 separate emails to get a return address. This was after I paid the $50.00 for the repair via PayPal.
I then had to guess how to send back my broken, battery not charging, PureWave handheld massager. Once your company received it, I had to email your company to confirm that they had it.

Every single email was answered in a timely manner .After sending my product it literally like shipped within the next day or two and that was amazing however not really thrilled that the battery only has a six month warranty, but I hope and pray that it lasts longer than that.
Love my pure wave
