This Gen 2 is my 3rd Pure Wave massager. I suffer from from 3 brain concussion/ neck injuries, plus a spinal scoliosis. These units have been worth EVERY penny. I even got my chiropractor to purchase one. I had several other brands before Pure Wave ( cheaper units which didn't work). My first Pure Wave I thought pricy. It quickly proved me wrong. Now I won't have anything else. My wife runs it on my back right before bed and it relaxes the muscle spasms. It has made it possible for me to go to sleep almost every night for ten years. And without pain meds. Don't ever stop building these.

I was very pleased with the person who handled my order from start to finish-tess was very professional-however the warehouse overlooked the fact that I sent in a charger as was requested and said that I didn’t and said that I didn’t-they must have overlooked it in the packaging-everything was handled and a and I am now a happy camper once again/absolutely love my pure wave massager!
