Product arrived really fast. I purchased the PUREWAVE to help relieve sciatic nerve pain I was experiencing. After 2 sessions of focusing on the piriformis muscle and surrounding areas I was pain free - we now use it to maintain healthy muscles - now our whole family uses it.

Mine did not even start. The power light did not turn on even after suggested period of charging.
I complained about it and I am getting a replacement.

Bivi Shiatsu Pillow Massager with Heat
I love my Bivi Shiatsu Pillow Massager with Heat! I use it on my neck and shoulders to help unwind but I also use it on my legs when they start to cramp up. It works well wherever my muscles are tight. I had to buy a new one because my wife “borrowed” my other one.
