I cannot say how I am amazed with this company. My wife often gets tension headaches & my son sore muscles...they use the pure wave & always feel much better. I purchased a machine about a year & a half ago. Something g stopped working...so they just mailed me a new one in 3 days...no questions, just sent it out!
Thank you very much! 👍🏼😊

I just purchased the product, so I don't have a lot of feedback other than it shipped amazingly fast and it does work as advertised.

It’s making a noise when we turn it off? We may have got a damaged one?

Hi Kellie! It is possible that Fedex/USPS didn't take as much care of the PUREWAVE as me or you would have liked. I am sending you information to our RMA Dept. to get you out a replacement.

Air Cushion Tip
I love my pure wave and I don’t leave home going out of town without it. This item is a replacement for me because the cushion separates frequently from the base after long term use. I’ve had it since March 2018.

Well the first one I ordered would not turn on. The replacement came in and works but the whole reason I purchased this $125 massager was because of the reviews and that it was supposed to be the best. But I was under whelmed by the little bit of power it has. Do you duel headed massager I currently have seems stronger

This was a replacement for my original purchase which I was pretty satisfied with but the motor went out on it. I have to say though that the new replacement (same model) seems stronger then the original one ever was, so maybe the first one was defective from the start because not only did it seem not as powerful but it never seemed to hold the charge for more then 30 minutes or so. I was so glad I finally called and can't say enough about the customer service. All in all an extremely positive experience and I would never hesitate to purchase any of your products again! Thank you!!!

It's a fantastic tool for tendonitis and sciatic problems. Better than what my physical therapist was using. I absolutely love this product, and I have told many friends about it.

I really like the product better than other brands. Just wish it could be a little more hard to the body an have a heating and cooling setting maybe a pad that does that would be great. Other than that very satisfied

It came and the device hasn’t worked even after I charged it. Didn’t have enough time to call in, but I’m glad I got this review.
