PUREWAVE™ CM7 2-in-1 Percussion & Vibration Massager (original sku)
I was so excited when I thought I found a percussion trigger point therapy machine as it was advertised but even with following the directions explicitly and examining the device on all levels it is not a percussion machine. It just vibrates like a typical handheld back massager, but I’d say it’s not as strong as those since I have one. I only used the point attachment since I need deep targeted therapy and the only time it’s like a “percussion” is at a low if you let it bounce off your back but apply slight pressure because with too much pressure it just stops the machine. Even with doing this, I could barely feel it and it definitely could not go deep enough. I reached out a few days after receiving the item to return and have not heard back yet. “30 day money back guarantee” doesn’t seem so!! A big waste of money, now I’m just on the hunt again to find a real percussion trigger point therapy gun that has a long handle so I can do my back myself. Very unhappy with customer support as of yet as I only got an email from them to write this review.

PUREWAVE™ CM7 2-in-1 Percussion & Vibration Massager (original sku)
This is the tool I have been looking for to deal with knots and pain from back and neck injuries. There is an attachment for every purpose, it's easy to use, and works wonderfully. I had a small issue with my delivery (my fault) and found the customer service to be proactive and fantastic. Highly recommend.

The hand held device is too heavy for me, I am elderly and I can't manuever it correctly with the weight. I would like to return it, if possible. Please advise.

PUREWAVE™ CM7 2-in-1 Percussion & Vibration Massager (original sku)
This is my fourth one that I have owned. The three prior were great, strong vibrations but would become very hot in a short period of time and then quit. My fourth one which I just received two weeks ago last a long time but the vibration is weak.

The pure wave is amazing! My chiropractor uses this same massager which is what led me to purchase it. Great investment.
