Love love love this product. So great for after a workout and sore muscles. And the different head settings make it easy to transition into massage or like intense muscle pressure.

Opened the box, the moment I read that I would have to have any future dead/defective batteries...factory replaced, I put it straight back in the box- didn't even try it. Not my cup of tea, sorry!

I am not enjoying the pure wave. I’ve tried to get used to it but the motion is too rough for me. I would like to return it if possible.

This makes my back feel so good. My daughter tried it and thought she was going to steal it. LOL. Now I know what to get her for Christmas. I love having the different heads and different speeds for whatever you need at the time.

I'm concerned this is not going to holds up under rigorous use...I saw thou was used in a chiropractic office and ordered thinking it was higher quality. Just keeping my fingers crossed it holds up!

Best investment! After the first use, my neck felt better than after leaving my chiropractor's office! But, it's still going to take some time to be closer to 100%. I'm combining this massager, stretches, and a decompression pillow for neck treatment and inversion table for back. Regardless, the massage feels great! Even if it doesn't exactly work long term as I really believe it will, the investment remains well worth it even for temporary relief, hands down, over spending the thousands I have at the chiropractor, only to have minimal results.

I have fibromyalgia and was concerned about it, but it looked like it may help. It does a lot. I also use it on my hands. You can adjust it, Plus all the heads. Fabulous.
