PUREWAVE® CM5 Cordless Percussion Massager
put in for a return label to send it back over 2 weeks ago - went on vacation for 2 weeks and thought the mailing label would have been emailed to me to send it back for replacement but when I got back yesterday still no label to return it. they said in the email it was approved to be sent back but never got the label for it - I don't feel it is my responsibility to have to pay for a product that stopped working and it was only 2 weeks old

Workes as advertised. Strong and goes deep into where you need to be massaged. Slightly heavy when using it yourself on your back, but shaped appropriately. Good investment and will bring it with me wherever I travel.
