The wand like massager is pretty powerful for such a light/small unit. The secret is to hold it lightly and not press to the body or it will bounce and be counterproductive. It does loosen and relax those areas that are tight. I used it to relieve soreness in my shoulder. I look forward to using it a lot.

The facial massage end does not hold on to the attachments. As soon as I turn it on to use the vibration shakes them off, every single time! I like to use it on my back and neck but think you should do something to keep the smaller attachments to stay in place at the handle end for the face, maybe they should screw on too like the other end? Has to be a way to make your product perfect, otherwise only four stars from me.

My wife has chronic back pain from a horseback riding injury that occurred several years ago. Over time the point pain in the upper back has led to muscle spasms in the lower back muscles as well. When I saw the ad for this online, I thought it might provide some relief for her and took a chance on it. This massager has been so effective in relieving pain that she has been able to significantly reduce the amount of pain medication she uses. This is the BEST massager I've ever used! I have fibromyalgia and needed something to relax and sooth my muscles. I use the Pure Wave CM5 a couple times a day and it helps tremendously. It's light weight and easily reaches all areas. My daughter is a hair color specialist and spends the day standing so she has very tight neck/back muscles. The length, the massage heads, the airhole power port, the weight, and the ergonomic handle, every aspect of this massager has been well thought out. You won't find a better personal massager for the money. The CM7 has some substance making it durable and steady. Charge time is about 2 hours but lasts for several more. You will enjoy this either personally or with a partner.

the pulse massage option doesn't pulse.. I would like more pulsing into my muscles instead of vibrating..which is all I seem to be getting.. and the heads on the end for the scalp/face massage will not stay on, they fall right off.. which is quiet frustrating.. battery absolutely does NOT last as long as it says, barely got 20 full minutes out of it. if even that. glad I paid "open box" price, instead of full.. which in my opinion, is still too much considering its completely not what expected.

I have terribly tight muscles because of a disability, and I was crying in pain for about 2 weeks... I found this, and ordered it... I even rushed shipping because I was in so much pain, and 5 minutes after turning this on, my pain started to go away! I know you're supposed to wait til it's charged, but I couldn't, I needed relief and I got it! This is the best massager hands down that I've ever used! I know that it's right near me whenever I need it. The investment is a bit expensive at first, but I added up going to the massage place every week and within 2-3 visits missed the massager would be paid for! I really am happy that I got this! It has stopped my tears and finally allowed me to function again! Thank you Pado! I am always on the look out for products to help disabled people and chronic pain sufferers... and if you want relief, this is your thing! I also love the amount of heads this thing comes with. One I'd like to change is the silver disk one because I'm allergic to metal, but other than that... this product is amazing!

I have been having issues with my right shoulder for a very long time and have tried every cream on the market and nothing has worked until Pure wave! Since using Pure Wave I can once again sleep on my right side!
