Never seen anything like Perfume Direct. I’ve ordered over £300 worth stuff and they arrived damaged and i’ve returned them straight away and informed the company with the proof of return. It’s been nearly a month still waiting for my refund. Don’t bother wasting your time purchasing anything from this company. My order was first time and never again. I could have done without this nonsence during this pandemic. No one has offered a proper help. I will sue them untill the end. I don’t understand it CLEARLY shows on the return receipt its been delivered if it got lost in your ware house of something might have happend to the parcel it has left my side it has nothing to do with me. I want my refund.

I do apologise you feel this way and I can confirm we are looking into this further, however, we can not see that it has been delivered to us via the proof of postage you have provided us with. As soon as we can see the item has been delivered successfully, a full refund will be processed but we must physically see that the items have been received back to us and confirmed with our team.
