I didn’t receive my item and it was supposed to be here Christmas Eve. I paid £100 for this item and the investigation is still ongoing as to where the item is and they won’t give me a refund in the meantime. I’m a single parent and times are hard enough as it is. I think nearly 4 weeks to find out where my parcel is is an absolute joke. I’ve already told them I’ve rebought this item elsewhere to replace this so I will be requesting a refund anyway and I’m just getting nowhere
