Well i paid $11+ for 2 day fed ex and if took a solid week to receive some crate screws and nuts so not pleased with delivery time or cost. Do i have to give a star at all? Update: received refund of delivery charges, with an apology and explanation of their error.

I ordered a microchip reader that I needed quickly for a trip to Curaçao; I had just learned that our dog’s chip is an older version that is not supported by newer readers. They said we could still get the dog into the country if we brought a reader. PTS delivered it quickly, even expediting shipping when I emailed them with concern about an ice storm that was about to hit us and disrupt deliveries. It arrived in time and worked perfectly. Great product and great customer service!

I ordered two travel harnesses and leashes to re-locate my cats. I ordered an extra small for a 7-8 pound cat and it turned out to be too small, but I added some velcro to lengthen the strap that goes around the mid-section and it worked well. The large was the perfect size for my 15.5 pound cat. I was very happy with them and the trip through TSA went smoothly.
