If you want to purchase a Pet Passport kit for multiple dogs, don't. You can just make a copy of the documents they send you. I ordered two and asked for them to be emailed and they just sent me one copy of the documents. The information is helpful though.

Hi Patricia - we so appreciate your feedback. We tell pet owners to fill the bottle, then put peanut butter on the tip end and let your dog lick it. Enough practice and most oftentimes, dogs will get the picture. Some airlines require that a bottle mounted on the outside of the crate pointing into the bowl is available. 2 of the 3 series 200 airline crates cracked around the top handle during transit. Otherwise, the bowls attached well and the sales person’s suggestion of the right size for the cats was spot on

Jason is the epitome of service excellence! Due to circumstances beyond our control, it took the better part of 24 hours to complete my order but Jason's diligence and PATIENCE finally completed the transaction. Others might have given up in frustration as I myself was tempted to do but his perseverance was encouraging and ultimately successful.
