There was a shortage of the design the we originally picked. I was contacted as soon as you folks were aware. We were presented with other options. As soon as one was chosen Mike helped with cleaning up our design and got them made and shipped very quickly.

I was skeptical when I placed the order as I have seen the cheap plastic chips you can customize in Vegas. However, these turned out amazing! These were not cheesy plastic chips but weighted clay chips identically to the ones in Las Vegas. I highly recommend this as a fun way to customize your poker party etc.

Excellent Service. Be sure to include the processing time when selecting your need-by date not just the shipping. I did notice when I first added the shipping that the rate changed significantly once I finished adding all our information. No doubt due to the zip code. So, just beware that your rate may change. They do provide fast service compared to other locations which is why we chose them for our project. We provided the imagery for the poker chips. Communication is via email, but they do respond quickly. Kudos to meeting our short deadline and providing excellent service. We will use them again.
