Chips turned out great. Site was a little difficult to maneuver and finding out the style I ordered was not available by e after putting in my order online was aggravating. However, customer service really stepped up to get something else I wanted and get it out quick.

Excellent product with a fast turnaround. Only thing I would change would be when you design your own chip, the veil needs to be real size so you can judge the size and read ability better. I will be ordering more for sure.

After right a response on your failed link I am here now retyping my response.
So with that being said after trying to deal with Jason for a few weeks Which "Failed" Mike stepped in and after dozen of emails back and forth we got our chips ordered.
Love the chips, dislike your companies ability to communicate other then Emails.
Your chat button is broken, you really need to have a better means of communicating. Not sure how your companies survives ???
I needed assistance not thru emails but a live person and that's your biggest failure.
Simple call would have made this transition 100 % a positive experience instead of 2 stars. I will not use or refer your company until you open up a better line of Communication.
