i placed my order in time. According to paying for 2 day shipping i should have had them in time for our guest celebrating a 56th wedding anniversay. After several emails I was told too bad no refund even though i ordered in time. Use them at your own risk. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.

I bought these Poker Chips not expecting anything beyond your average chip. What I received by far exceeded my expectations in printing and quality of the chip itself. I highly recommend them.commend

Everything was good except the background of the center logo. I will try to have it corrected on my next order.

First time ordering from PokerChips.com, had my reservations about a vendor who didn't take paypal as a form of payment. When I got my chips they did not come in a case as I had ordered, however the staff were very quick to fix this issue, and had my case sent out to me next day. 5 stars for the staff at PokerChips.com! Will absolutely place another order in the future.

Phenomenal Service! I reached out to Mike with a few questions about my order when I realized that I did not factor in a couple things after placing the order; Mike went above and beyond to ensure that he could accommodate the requests I had, plus more! The custom poker chips were a token for my grandfathers funeral and they arrived incredibly fast and were absolutely perfect, my family loved them. I can't recommend these guys enough!
