I still have not received my order that I ordered on Jan 10. It shipped on Jan 16 and I paid for 2 day express shipping. The poker chips were meant to be used at a retirement party on Jan 21, so it was a total waste of money. I’m writing this review on Jan 29 and still have not received them. Very disappointing

Product was good but there was some confusion with the shipping. I chose "Due by 1/9/2024" which I assume meant due to the customer by 1/9/2024. I needed them as keepsake gift for a funeral and they didn't show up until 1/12/2024 so I no longer have the opportunity to hand them out to the folks that attended the funeral. Very frustrating.
