I just received my Alzheimer's Association poker chips the other day and they look great. I hope the graphics and details last a long time, but so far, great job.

Super fast and look great. I’ve seen a lot of poker chips around golf courses, but these are the absolute best. High quality prices and not stickers just put on the chips. Great price and perfect purchase!

I'm not happy with delivery time!
Wanted to take and show group a posable supplier for a unique hand out so I ordered Oct 1st and counting on 3 day turnaround on my order would of gave me time but WRONG it took 17 days and I understand you had a hurricane but order should of been here long before it hit! So shame on you, definitely lost a Big contract with a group of over 3000 members.
Quality is good ordering was pretty simple price was fair

While I am sympathetic to the troubles your business faced on October 7-10, I am shocked that there seems to be no intention to refund the customer for the loss in value promised but not delivered. Regardless of intent, the time was paid for and when troubles arose, the right thing to do would have been to communicate the expected delay and refund any orders which paid for 24-48 hour production. Instead, my emails were ignored throughout the production period, the refund request fell on deaf ears during shipment Oct 15-21, and finally a response on Oct 22 just to let me know the product was delivered.
In any regard, I have submitted a dispute to my credit card company for the amount in dispute: $125 (+ taxes on that amount).

It sucks that we can't talk to someone live, you offer a discount, but I can't get it. When I made the chips and had to go back its hard to find.
So the experience was not good at all.
The poker chips were nice though.
