The chips are very good quality, much heavier than I thought they would be. Would have given 5 stars, but some of the graphics are shifted so that when you flip the chip, the image is straight on the other side.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my "business card" poker chips! What else would anyone expect froma guy who spent nearly 30 years living in Las Vegas! They are a hit everytime I give them out. Easy to design and so many options to customize.

This is the review that I posted on Google and it is spot on!
I can't say enough about how thrilled I am with my experience! I ordered custom poker chips to use as promotional items for a golf tournament to represent my cafe, ben & bean. Time got away from me, and I was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time, but to my surprise, they came early! Not only were they on time, but they also looked absolutely fantastic—better than I could have imagined.
On the day of the event, we set them out for the players and staff, and they were a total hit! Out of 80 players and 10 staff, we went through all 86 chips we had ordered. Everyone loved them, and so did I. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out or the service I received. Thank you for helping make our event such a success!

Product is great but customer service was lacking. Ordered for a client gift and based upon the website 3-5 days production was expected. Paid extra for shipping in order to meet my timeline. It took over two weeks to get the product. Customer service did refund the rush shipping but the product did not arrive in time. I was told by customer service the delay was due to hurricane but that would have been nice to know in advance. Otherwise, the actual product was great and they did at least try to help me.
