Competitive pricing and solid shipping times. Had a issue with my order for a large custom set where the colors were off and the chips had a lot of ink spots all over them. Service was ok, but I only got offered a 50% discount an another order vs remaking the current ones up to the standard they should be. I was not happy that I would have to pay 50% off a new order when the order itself was over $1000 vs correcting their mistake.
