Product was good but there was some confusion with the shipping. I chose "Due by 1/9/2024" which I assume meant due to the customer by 1/9/2024. I needed them as keepsake gift for a funeral and they didn't show up until 1/12/2024 so I no longer have the opportunity to hand them out to the folks that attended the funeral. Very frustrating.

The ordering was extremely easy and the customization process for the artwork was simple and the results were beyond expectation. Delivery was quick and on time, everyone was happy with the results of the quality of the chip, the screening of the art and the quick turn around.

I ordered some personalized chips and when the chips arrived they had the wrong denomination on them. I’ve reached out to the company for several days and haven’t received a response. I’m out of money and stuck with chips I can’t use!

We got the wrong poker chips the first time, I called to let you know. We did get the correct ones shortly after that. They looked really good. I was shocked that you just wanted me to throw the others out.
