The poker chips I ordered were for my son and were personalized for the college he is attending including the marching band that he plays with. The chips turned out very nice and it will be something he can use and be proud of for the rest of his life. I couldn't quite get the exact colors and amount of chips that I first wanted since you have to order a minimum of 100 chips with each color. However, that is understandable that they have to have certain limits/requirements. I will come back and get the two remaining color chips in the future as a birthday present. This site was definitely easier to work with in designing any custom chips and they did a very good job recommending any changes that I needed with my custom chips.

I almost messed up an order I placed - instead of the company just printing what I uploaded and making me pay for my own mistake - they reached out to me personally and asked me about it!! The people there were super patient and helpful, and I received my chips in a timely manner. And they looked good. The only reason for a 4 instead is a 5 was some of the chips (maybe 15% of then) the back had rotated so it wasn't oriented the same as the front. Since I am making them into necklaces and wanted them to be reversible, that meant those ones were not really as usable for that.
