I still have NOT received my order. The 5 to 7 day turn around is false advertisement. There is no customer service number to contact them. I may need to request a refund if they don't show up by May 31st.

Uploading images and ordering was extremely easy - fast shipping and the poker chips are the best quality I have ordered. We order customized poker chips fairly often (i.e: my son's HS graduation, several birthdays etc) and these are the most realistic to what you use in a casino. Love em!

They have done a great job with the custom poker chips that I have purchased. I highly recommend them and will definitely make another custom purchase. But the only issue that I have is the lack of communication. I wish that there was more communication in the process of the purchase. From receiving, to in progress, to finished and ready to ship. That’s the only reason why I gave this review 4 stars. But besides that, their custom poker chips are amazing.

The ordering process was pretty easy, but the chips arrived looking darker and not quite as clear as they were on screen in the preview images. They are not as nice looking as we were hoping for.
