Order came within reasonable timing. The chips themselves were excellent quality, including fairly detailed images on both sides.

Product came late because they lost our artwork the first time around and had to be resent. Wasn’t able to use the product making it a complete waste for a specific event.

You design your chips and they look just as you designed them. They have weight to them. These are real poker chips. Will order again. We designed ours to use as free ride chip in our taxi.

Chips with our company logo on them turned out great! Easy to order and received in a reasonable time.

Very happy with the product but was a little disappointed as the product arrived after the event for which it was ordered. This delay was supposedly due to an influx of orders which was beyond your control.Perhaps a change in your ETA schedule should say generally ships within a certain amount of time.
Thank you

Our order was delayed by several days in production, I was in communication with your team and they said they would send the order on Monday Aug 7th couldn't do it any sooner and we would get the order the 8 we didn't get the order until late Wednesday the conference in which we needed them for started Monday morning at 8am until Thursday midday, you can understand our frustration of not having the items for about 80% of the conference. Absolutly disappointing!

The actual poker chip turned out exactly as I designed it. The designer tool is awesome!! The reason I gave it a lower score was because even though I put in a due date and they were given over 3 weeks to complete the order, it was two days late!! That was a total disappointment.

The chip was nice, but the nine ball color was orange, it was way off from the yellow.. So for a pool league marker it was not very good. Everybody knows the nine ball is yellow not orange. I got a response back that my color was off. But it wasnt so if they want to blame it on me I cant change it. I just wont order anything else from them. And they were running behind schedule, so i think they just didnt have time to make things correctly. or double check stuff.

Product looks great and is exactly what I had wanted. The company did not deliver in the timeline promised but did communicate when I reached out and explained what had happened. I recommend the product but give yourself plenty of buffer on the due date.
